VICE PRESIDENT, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT, RECRUITING, AND SMALL BUSINESS PROTÈGÈ MANAGER
Kelly Canady is Edgewater’s Vice President, Business Development, Recruiting, and Small Business Protégé Manager. She is responsible for the management of all recruiting and customer interface. She is also a part of senior staff advising in the areas for the Southeast region, business development and contract management.
Kelly has over 30 years of experience in the DOE staffing industry, providing management, talent acquisition and oversight of staff augmentation and payroll contracts with annual sales of over $75 million. Among her many accomplishments, she has managed multiple company staff-augmentation awards to include the Savannah River, WIPP and Los Alamos sites. She previously managed a preferred vendor Master Services Agreement for a prime DOE company providing staff augmentation services for more than 13 years and oversaw the hiring and contract negotiation of over 250 ARRA stimulus personnel in five months at the Savannah River Site in 2009. Kelly has earned an outstanding national reputation for her service and understanding of the industry throughout the commercial, nuclear, and power industries.
