Engineering & Design Services

Edgewater offers a full suite of engineering services ranging from initial design to operating systems engineering. Major support disciplines include architectural, chemical, civil, electrical, mechanical, 3-D CAD, and I&C, as well as industry specialties such as Nuclear Safety, Criticality Safety, Fire Protection Engineering, High Explosives, Nondestructive Assay (NDA), and Radiological engineering support. Edgewater personnel have performed Vital Safety System assessments and served as designated VSS System Engineers at multiple DOE nuclear operations facilities.

Procedure Development & Implementation

Edgewater has significant expertise in the application of DOE-STD-1029-92, and extensive experience in integrating training and procedures with client processes and objectives to achieve efficiency and maximize human performance.

Edgewater provides work planning and scheduling expertise for operations, maintenance, and construction activities.

Administrative Services

Edgewater provides over 120 administrative services personnel to DOE subcontractors across the nation. We have recruited and placed 230 SCA employees across the DOE sites over the last 5 years, including 150 administrative services personnel.

Quality Assurance

We provide vendor quality audits and supplier surveillance, project QA Engineers, Quality Managers, and field Quality Control Inspectors across the DOE complex. We support Los Alamos, Savannah River, and WIPP with Contractor Assurance by performing key assessments on contractor performance, managing contractor assurance programs, and readiness reviews.

Training Development & Delivery

Edgewater excels in the formal application of the Systematic Approach to Training (SAT), Learning Management Systems (LMS), and associated personnel qualification requirements mandated by DOE/NNSA and DOE Order 426.2, Personnel Selection, Training, Qualification, and Certification Requirements for DOE Nuclear Facilities.
