SOUTHWEST REGIONAL MANAGER

Angelle is the Senior Site Manager for the Southeast New Mexico Regional Office – SENM/West Texas. She is responsible for overseeing daily operations and serving as the Contract Project Lead. She focuses on building connections with the Department of Energy and driving strategic growth. Angelle also plays a key role in attracting and retaining technical talent to support nuclear operations, maintenance, development, and the environmental missions of our clients.

Angelle brings extensive experience in site management, financial management, contract compliance, and business development. She has been managing staff augmentation and project groups at the Waste Isolation Pilot Plant, Sandia – Carlsbad, and UUSA – Eunice for approximately 8 years.

Prior to her current role, Angelle managed various projects and teams, ensuring contract compliance and fostering business development. She holds a strong track record of maintaining effective communication, evaluating services, and delivering on commitments.

Angelle is a proud mother of two adult children. Her son, who holds a master’s degree in Sports Medicine/Athletic Training, is currently living in Japan and working with the armed forces. Her daughter, also with a master’s degree in Sports Medicine/Athletic Training, is living and working at the University of California, Berkeley.
