Dennis Key
Dennis Key is Edgewater’s Director of Human Resources. In this role he is responsible for the company’s Human Resource operations including hiring and maintaining a diversified pool of employees to meet the needs of our customers. He also ensures the company meets all human resource regulatory requirements, as well as company, and customer specific requirements, and works closely with the management team to ensure we hire and retain quality employees.
Dennis has over 30 years of experience in the nuclear weapons complex. His specialties include program management, human resources, the Fair Labor Standards Act, maintenance, maintenance training, and work control. Prior to joining Edgewater, he served as the Site Staffing Manager, and Corporate Human Resource Manager for the Savannah River, and the Manager Human Resource/Business Partners for the Sellafield Site in the United Kingdom.
