Joe Aylor

DIRECTOR, OAK RIDGE

Mr. Joe Aylor serves as Edgewater’s Oak Ridge Regional Director, leading a workforce of more than 200 personnel supporting operations across the Oak Ridge Reservation and the broader East Tennessee region. In this role, he is responsible for maintaining and strengthening client relationships, overseeing the execution of existing contracts, and driving strategic business development initiatives to secure new work. Mr. Aylor brings over 20 years of progressive leadership experience spanning environmental management, engineering, procurement, construction, and project management, with a strong track record of delivering complex, high-consequence projects within the DOE complex.

 

Prior to joining Edgewater, Mr. Aylor served as A Director of Critical Projects where he was accountable for the successful delivery of approximately $1 billion in construction and infrastructure projects. His portfolio included two major DOE-EM capital line-item projects, the Environmental Management Disposal Facility and the Outfall 200 Mercury Treatment Plant, as well as multiple infrastructure and construction efforts critical to advancing environmental cleanup operations at the Oak Ridge Reservation.
