Tim Carraway

DIRECTOR, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Currently, Tim is Edgewater Technical Associates Director of Business Development, leading business development efforts for the Department of Energy (DOE) sector. Tim has over 38 years of engineering experience in the nuclear field specializing in developing technical approaches, proposals and execution plans for DOE and commercial decommissioning projects, waste management, and liquid waste processing projects. He has extensive Business Development and Project Engineering experience at nuclear power stations in the United States, Canada, Japan, Taiwan, South Korea and the United Kingdom.

 

Prior to joining Edgewater, Tim worked for Bechtel as Vice President-Operations & Business Development Manager, and capture leader for U.S. and Asia Decommissioning Projects, Logistics & Shipping Cask Division Manager, and Radioactive Liquid Waste Processing. Tim has a Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of South Carolina and his strengths include Project Development/Management, cost estimating, scheduling, proposal management and project engineering.
